It's Time to Move In! What's Next?

Prior to receiving keys, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Sign Your Lease Agreement
  2. Confirm All Deposits Have Been Paid in Full
  3. Verify All Utility Services Have Been Transferred into Your Name

    • If you live in Perry click here for a list of utility providers
  4. Provide Documentation of an Active Renter's Insurance Policy*
    5. You or your insurance agent can send your policy declaration page:

  5. Within 72 hours of receiving keys, please complete the new-resident move-in inspection -- This is NON-NEGOTIABLE and VERY IMPORTANT
